About Me

Daryl Kris Dumadag

I’m a 24-year-old registered nurse that never felt like opening up to anyone, so I bottle things up until I started venting through a keyboard.

Everyone has their own problems, their own lives, and their own story. Why should I personally bother them with mine, right? I figured out a long time ago that writing out my thoughts was a much better way to deal with an overactive mind than simply letting it run on it’s own until it quit. I’ve had people tell me that there are better ways to deal, and I’ve had an even greater number of people tell me they had vacant ears if I ever needed to speak. This is what works for me, and I’d like to think one day my kids would get a kick out of reading what their old man was like from his point of view.

If you’re reading this, I hope you enjoy yourself or at the very least take some wisdom with you to your own life. This blog is as personal as it gets for me.

  1. I started reading your blogs today (Oct. 18,2015). I enjoyed them so much. I fell in love with “Home is” and what you wrote at the end made me think of my “home” and you couldn’t be any more right, home is not a place, but a feeling.
